Psychology Graduate Child Behaviour Support Assistant

Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time

This Child Behaviour Support Assistant role is ideal for a psychology graduate seeking practical experience working with children who display behavioural challenges.

You will support pupils to understand emotions, manage behaviour and develop positive coping strategies.

• Supporting behaviour management strategies
• Working 1:1 with pupils
• Supporting emotional literacy and reflection
• Encouraging engagement with learning
• Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff

This role provides excellent experience for future careers in psychology, therapy or education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
