SEN Healthcare Support Assistant – Children’s Setting

Location: Peterlee
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time

This SEN Healthcare Support Assistant role supports pupils with physical, medical and emotional needs within an education-based environment.

You’ll play an essential role in ensuring pupils’ wellbeing needs are met so they can fully access learning.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils with medical or physical needs
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Monitoring wellbeing and emotional needs
• Supporting classroom access and engagement
• Working closely with education and SEN staff

This role is ideal for someone with healthcare experience seeking an education-based role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
