SEMH Teaching Assistant

We are working with a nurturing primary setting in Peterlee to recruit a SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with emotional and behavioural needs. The school focuses on early intervention, consistency and positive reinforcement.

This role suits someone who enjoys supporting younger pupils in a structured, supportive environment.

£90 – £120 per day | PAYE

• Provide 1:1 and small group SEMH support
• Help pupils manage emotions and behaviour
• Support engagement with learning activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
