22 College is seeking a Lead Teacher to provide effective leadership and management on a dedicated site for 14-19 learners with complex needs. You will deliver a safe, aspirational curriculum and teach a minimum of two days per week while fulfilling leadership responsibilities.
You will need a QTS qualification (or working towards it), experience with challenging behaviours, and line management exposure. A driving licence is required for travel.
