Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 1:30pm
Contract: Part-Time

We are recruiting a Part-Time Teaching Assistant to support students within a welcoming school in the Peterlee area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a positive difference in the classroom.
Your Responsibilities- Supporting students during lessons
- Working with small groups to reinforce learning
- Assisting pupils who require additional support
- Helping create a positive learning environment
- Supporting literacy and numeracy activities
- Building positive relationships with students and staff
- A patient and supportive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- A genuine interest in education
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
