In this agency position, you will support manufacturing controls systems, ensuring robust performance of production equipment through software support, diagnostics, machine tuning, and validation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Support:
Deliver controls and software support for manufacturing operations.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve equipment control system issues to minimize factory downtime.
System Optimization:
Execute software updates, fault-finding, and continuous system optimization.
Testing & Validation:
Support commissioning, testing, tuning, and validation of production machinery.
Process Improvement:
Analyze production procedures to drive quality, reliability, and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with manufacturing and maintenance teams while maintaining precise documentation of code and system changes.
Basic Qualifications:
Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in industrial control systems, automation, and embedded control systems.
Strong capability in fault diagnosis and root-cause analysis.
Hands-on approach within both manufacturing and proving ground environments.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Experience with Off-Highway Trucks (OHT) or heavy machinery.
Familiarity with Caterpillar systems or equivalent OEM environments.
Solid understanding of J1939 CAN/Ethernet communications, sensors, actuators, and real-time systems.
