We don’t follow a one size fits all approach to care. As a Support Worker, you won’t just meet young people’s needs, you’ll become their role model, coach and mentor. You’ll be someone who leads by example, knows how to de‑escalate and create a sense of safety, even in the most challenging situations.

• Full UK Driving licence and right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship)
• Able to commit to 12 hour shifts

Experience working with young people is helpful, but not essential as we’ll give you the tools you need to succeed in your career with us.

This role will challenge you. Progress can be slow and some days will be tough. But seeing a young person grow, stabilise and move forward makes every challenge worthwhile.
