Catch
22 College in Peterlee is seeking a Recruitment and Progression Officer to recruit learners onto the study programme and support them throughout, conducting monthly reviews and sourcing local work placements. You will build links with Local Authorities, NEET teams, schools and employers to create placement opportunities and match learners to suitable roles.
The role requires a Level 2 in English and Maths, a full driving licence, and experience in education or vocational training.
