Based in our Peterlee HQ with hybrid working options after probation.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 8am and 5.30pm Monday-Friday. Salary:
Starting from £25,004 with the opportunity to increase your salary as your experience grows with us, plus:

• Monthly Performance Bonus – Boost your earnings by up to £330 per month (up to £3,960 a year when you’re performing at your best)

As a Claims Handler based in our Peterlee head office, you’ll play a key role in helping to recover the cost of damages and infringements by negotiating settlements and payments with customers. Whatever the circumstances of the claim, it will be your role to agree the best possible outcome for both the customer and the business.
