Supply Chain Compliance Co-ordinator

24 Months Contract – Rolling

Peterlee, County Durham

Up to £25.05 Per Hour PAYE OR £34.00 Per Hour Umbrella

08:30-16:30 Monday – Thursday, 08:30-12:00 Friday – Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute supply chain compliance audits, ensuring alignment with corporate standards
Drive cross-functional improvement projects to enhance inventory accuracy, efficiency, and process control
Maintain and govern procedural documents across the supply chain
Deliver training and workshops to strengthen compliance awareness across supply chain teams
Produce clear compliance reports, KPIs, and audit outputs for supply chain leadership
Support the development of self-auditing processes within the department
Act as a subject‑matter expert for compliance and inventory-related processes
What You Will Need

3–5 years’ experience in a compliance, auditing, or supply‑chain-focused role within manufacturing
Strong understanding of supply chain systems (SAP advantageous; training provided)
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders across departments.
High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving capability
SOX compliance experience desirable
