Assistant Manager - Full Time

Hours:

43 hours across 5 days per week. Pay: £30,240 - £31,392 per annum. Benefits: 6 weeks holiday, 15% staff discount, staff benefits package, and more.

• Permanent full-time position with shifts 5 days per week, usually including at least one weekend shift.
• Full-time flexibility requested: you may be required to be fully flexible for work throughout the week, including weekends.
• The salary offered is between £30,240.00 - £31,392.52 per annum on a 43 hour contract.

• Work closely with the shop manager to run an efficient shop and provide a great service to customers.
• Develop the team of retail assistants through coaching, mentoring and feedback.
• Be accountable for the shop in the absence of the shop manager; ensure customers are looked after, deliveries are processed quickly and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean, and tidy shop.
• Motivate and guide the team to help control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
• Support the shop manager with recruitment and induction of new team members.
