Caterpillar in Peterlee is seeking experienced MIG Welders to join the manufacturing team for long-term, rotating shift work. The role offers stable employment with overtime, performance bonuses, and a modern facility with advanced robotics and paint systems.
Welders will perform MIG/MMA welding, read drawings, and follow procedures on 1.2mm solid wire with Argon-CO2 gas. Tests are paid (£150) and site induction is provided.
