Direct Sales Advisor - Utilities (Water)

Salary: £26,678 - £29,987 (Negotiable up to £34K DOE) + OTE £40K 1st year, uncapped

Hours:

37.5 per week

Peterlee

Hybrid after 12 weeks

• Make outbound cold calls to small businesses
• Build quick rapport, identify pain points and close water contract deals
• Use high-quality purchased data with no existing affiliations
• Generate and hand over leads for additional services
• Manage your pipeline, overcome objections, and work towards weekly/monthly targets

• Minimum 12 months outbound B2B sales experience
• Confident phone presence and resilience with objections
• Strong relationship-building skills and a target-driven mindset
• Good organisation, time management and IT literacy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience in water or utilities is helpful but not essential, strong sellers from similar outbound environments are welcome

• Structured training: product knowledge, sales techniques, shadowing
• Hybrid working after 12-week probation (2 days office)
