Senior Accountant
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record accounting transactions from multiple affiliated branch locations accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with managing multiple accounting projects and deadlines
- Collaborate with management and other departments to support business operations
- Bank Account reconciliation for multiple accounts
- Fixed asset management and other balance sheet account management
- Personal Property tax return preparation for multiple localities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- 3-5 plus years of accounting or related experience
- Experience with MAS
500 accounting software is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range 65k-85k
