Procurement Specialist

• Create project estimates within client budgets.
• Source and procure finishing materials, electrical fixtures, lighting, plumbing, furniture, and appliances according to approved design plans.
• Analyze supplier markets in St. Petersburg and Moscow: identify the best pricing and terms, select the most suitable offers, and expand the supplier network.
• Develop technical specifications for suppliers, draft contracts, and prepare acceptance documentation for material deliveries.
• Develop schedules for ordering and delivery of furniture, equipment, and finishing materials aligned with the project timeline.
• Monitor orders, delivery times, and on-site delivery. Inspect and accept finishing materials at the job site.
• Verify material conformity and quality; manage claims and returns.
• Collect and prepare finishing material samples as needed for the project.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Extensive knowledge of the market for finishing materials, furniture, lighting, plumbing, and doors.
• Experience working with custom-made items: furniture, metalwork, and glass.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong communication skills with construction crews.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking, systematic approach to problem-solving, and strong information structuring abilities.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and energetic.
