As a Print Production Specialist, with Adobe Suite and print production experience, you’ll tackle exciting challenges, develop new skills, and help create impactful solutions for our customers. You will also be responsible for print production, printing services, customer service, print design, and managing printers on a day-to-day basis.

• Operate Printing Equipment: Skillfully operate and maintain a 4-color press, digital printers, wide-format printers and finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards.
• Design & Create: Develop stunning visuals for print and traditional media, including business cards, postcards, brochures, posters, signs, flyers, and banners, using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Color Management & Print Proofing: Apply expertise in Pantone color matching, print proofs, resolution settings, and overall color management to achieve consistent, vibrant results.
• Typesetting & Layout: Utilize strong typesetting skills and design principles, including typography, visual storytelling, color palettes, and variable data, for both print and digital media.

  Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide quotes, consult on complex orders, and educate them on our print product offerings and business solutions.
• Quality Control & Process Management: Manage quality control throughout the production process, ensuring all products meet customer expectations and The UPS Store's high standards. Optimize workflow by prioritizing multiple projects and streamlining production.
• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, vendors, and management. Meet with customers to present concepts, adjust designs to fit their needs, and respond to walk-in, telephone, and email inquiries.
• Adaptability: Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to all tasks.

• Print Design knowledge
• Basic understanding of various print materials and formats
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) is a must
• 5 years of experience in graphic design and the print industry
• Strong understanding of digital press operations, printing concepts (color management, paper considerations, file formatting), and finishing techniques
• Customer Service experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
