The Surveillance Shift Manager is responsible for supervising the Surveillance Department team members.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

Supervise a team of Surveillance Supervisors, Operators, and Technicians during assigned shifts.

Oversee monitoring and operations of CCTV and alarm systems.

Manage shift scheduling and staffing levels across all shifts.

Supervise department procedures to protect casino assets and ensure safety and security of staff and guests.

Review surveillance activities, personnel, and procedures with the Manager.

Understand operational logistics and supervise, monitor, and report as needed.

Meet with departmental management and leaders as necessary.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to perform duties under time pressure.
Flexibility to work all shifts on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

4 to 8 years of experience in table games and casino surveillance.
Two-year associate degree or technical degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking.
Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by regulatory authorities.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for long periods.
Work in confined spaces with low lighting.
Lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Excellent vision and hearing.
Manual dexterity for grasping, handling, and reaching.
Stand and walk approximately 30% of the time.
