Table Games Floor Supervisor - Petersburg

This role is responsible for the successful operation of the Table Games area, ensuring game integrity, safeguarding assets, and providing guests with a positive gaming experience.

• Report to the Casino Pit Manager or Shift Operations Manager for performance of duties.
• Control gaming cards and equipment.
• Supervise and evaluate table game dealers.
• Assist other departments to ensure the success of table games.
• Manage administration tasks such as fills/credits, player ratings, markers, and rundowns.
• Analyze customer play for cheating, scams, and suspicious activity.
• Develop, evaluate, and train staff.
• Review table game activities and promotions with managers.
• Meet with departmental directors and managers as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial data, policies, and promotions.
• Communicate effectively through reports and performance goals.
• Manage table game operations proficiently.
• Maintain good interpersonal relationships among staff.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Be responsible for departmental performance and budget.
• Manage staff effectively.
• Complete paperwork and reports accurately.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Analyze departmental needs and results.
• Solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and specified games.
• Ability to handle monetary transactions and detect theft techniques.
• Provide excellent guest relations and service skills.

Must-Haves:

• 2-5 years of experience with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking.
• Technical school education in dealing specified games.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure as required by regulatory authorities.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting 5%, walking 10%, standing 75%, keyboarding 10%.
• Use of stairs and elevators multiple times daily.
• Extended hours and flexible scheduling required for 24/7 operation.
