This role involves providing casino slot players with quality service to ensure their entertainment experiences exceed expectations. Responsibilities include acting as a bus greeter, executing gift giveaways, and managing slot tournaments.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and greet guests in the VIP Room, ensuring they enjoy their experience.
  • Assist with new card sign-ups using handheld devices and desktop computers at the Live! Rewards Center.
  • Inform members of benefits, contests, and promotions.
  • Replace lost club cards and distribute promotional items following specific guidelines.
  • Assist with payment of slot jackpots, ticket fills, and equipment jams.
  • Repair minor slot machine malfunctions and notify technicians for technical issues.
  • Extend complimentary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
  • Respond courteously to guest questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Be knowledgeable about casino operations, including hours of operation for casino, restaurants, and amenities.
  • Comply with internal controls, standards, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience in customer service.
  • Ability to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking.
  • Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or other regulatory entities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning.
  • Ability to move around the casino with a sense of urgency.
