** A Packer is responsible for packing the muscles and proper placement of muscles in molds.#

* Job Description:

**** Responsibilities:
*** Places raw turkey breast pieces into the pans used to manufacture Oven Gold.
* Responsible for ensuring the proper placement of the breast pieces in order to achieve the proper product shape and finished product appearance internally and externally.
* Must be able to perform responsibilities of Item #2 at prescribed line speeds.
* Must be able to work cooperatively with other Packers to ensure workload is shared and finished product specifications are achieved.
* Position requires standing in place during performance of job functions.
* Responsible for following GMP’s, SOP’s, HACCP procedures, Quality Plan work instructions, plant rules and policies.

* Qualifications:

*** Must be able to work in room temperatures that run below 40 degrees.
* Must be willing and able to perform other job functions as needed.
* Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.#
