Hourly pay: $20.43/hr to start, increasing to $22.08/hr after 90 days

354 hours of scheduled annual overtime

We turn raw materials into steel products used in cars, buildings, appliances, and more. Our mills support industries that keep the world moving.

• Cut and bundle steel to meet custom orders
• Operate saws, cranes, forklifts, and conveyors
• Perform quality checks and follow ASTM standards
• Keep your area clean and organized (5S)
• Communicate clearly with your team and follow safety rules

• 1–3 years of industrial or production experience
• Forklift and/or crane experience
• Ability to pass Gerdau’s entrance and fit‑for‑duty exams
• Physical ability to lift, climb, bend, and operate equipment
