• Competitive Pay: $21.16/hr starting, increasing to $22.87/hr after training

• Operate mobile equipment to safely handle and transport steel products
• Load, store, and rotate materials by grade, size, and heat number
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
• Assist with inventory management and quality control
• Complete forklift and overhead crane certifications
• Support and train team members as needed

• Experience with mobile or heavy equipment operation
• Flexibility to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (days, nights, and two weekends/month)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced industrial environment
• Successful completion of our entrance exam
