Title:
CNC Grinding Line Operator — Tapered Roller Bearings Pay: $20–$24/hr + $1.00 differential

Do you enjoy loading programs, dialing in parameters, and seeing perfect measurements on a gauge?
Do you want your work to matter in a company where employees own the results?
What you’ll take on Operate and sustain a multi‑operation grinding line producing precision metal rollers
Measure work pieces with gauges to verify conformance to the departmental quality plan Inspect parts for defects and correct issues early
Support changeovers and setups across lines/cells
Safely use hand/power tools; lift and position components using hoists/cranes
Keep transfer conveyors running smoothly
Detect abnormal vibration/sounds and adjust machines accordingly
Tweak manual/automatic controls to maintain part conformance
Enter production run data in the company system
Follow process sequences and target dimensions to the letter
Department details
Load correct programs into machine control units
Perform preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot part compliance and equipment faults
Change out worn grinding wheels
Operate a forklift to move part bins Monitor gantry equipment; load/unload robots
Other duties as assigned
Must-haves
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug & background screening
Ability to lift/push/pull 10–50 lbs and stand/move for the full shift
Wear employer-provided PPEMechanical aptitude; prior industrial experience preferred
