** A SENIOR FOOD SERVICE SPECIALIST assists the Food Services Manager in planning menus and is also responsible for the preparation of meals and directing workflow in the Food Services Department.#

**## I.Essential Functions
* Responsible for cooking and preparing meals for the 3rd shift
* Responsible for getting the meat orders for 2nd and 3rd
* Must be able to multi-task with minimal supervision.
* Must work as a team player, ensuring standard operating specifications are achieved and in a safe/efficient manner
* Communicate well with other team members
* Must follow the Company’s GMP’s, SOP’s, plant rules, other policies, and codes of conduct.
* Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
* Strive to satisfy the requirements of both internal and external customers
* Other duties as assigned.
* Work with minimal supervision
* Ability to stand, reach, stoop, kneel or crouch for extended periods of time## II.
