Pay: $21/hour

• Safely and efficiently make yard moves using company‑owned vehicles.
• Complete truck inspections, yard checks, and required paperwork.
• Communicate equipment needs and repairs to management.
• Collaborate with dispatch, plant management, and site personnel.
• Load/unload trailers and operate forklifts (training provided).
• Maintain clean equipment and follow sanitation protocols.
• Load & Unload with Precision: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers, supporting our production teams.
• Keep It Moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Safety First, Always: Follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents, every shift.
• Stay Clean & Organized: Practice “Clean as You Go” and help maintain a safe, tidy workspace.

• CDL Class A License preferred.
• Current DOT Physical Card & clean driving record.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred – we’ll train and certify if needed.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. throughout your shift.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
