WhatYou’ll Do
- Safely and efficiently make yard moves using company‑owned vehicles.
- Complete truck inspections, yard checks, and required paperwork.
- Communicate equipment needs and repairs to management.
- Collaborate with dispatch, plant management, and site personnel.
- Load/unload trailers and operate forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain clean equipment and follow sanitation protocols.
- Load & Unload with Precision: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers, supporting our production teams.
- Keep It Moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
- Safety First, Always: Follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents, every shift.
- Stay Clean & Organized: Practice “Clean as You Go” and help maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
- CDL Class A License preferred.
- Current DOT Physical Card & clean driving record.
- Prior forklift experience and certification preferred – we’ll train and certify if needed.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. throughout your shift.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
