Our client is a highly respected, award-winning landscape architecture practice with a growing team of 15 professionals. Based in the heart of the South Downs National Park, the studio is known for its strong design ethos, collaborative culture, and long-standing commitment to sustainability.
Due to continued success, they are now seeking a Graduate Landscape Architect to join their friendly and supportive team.
The Practice
This is a design-led studio delivering work across all sectors, both in the UK and internationally. The portfolio includes:
* Strategic master planning
* Private estates
* Residential and mixed-use developments
* Corporate headquarters
* Community care and healthcare environments
* Schools and education projects
* Heritage and conservation schemes
* Parks, public realm and urban regeneration
The practice has received multiple RIBA Awards in recognition of its sustainable approach and design quality.
The Role
You will work across a diverse range of projects from concept through to delivery, collaborating closely with senior team members and clients. In addition to project work, the practice actively encourages involvement in collaborative internal teams, giving you a genuine voice within the studio and the opportunity to help shape its future direction.
Working Arrangements & Benefits
* Hybrid working after probation (3 days in the office / 2 from home)
* Flexible working hours between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
* 28 days’ holiday (including bank holidays)
* 3 additional paid days for Christmas shutdown
* 2 days paid CPD leave per year
* Regular internal CPD and training sessions
* Monthly communal, paid-for light lunches during working hours
* Regular social events
* Free parking and a short walk from the train station
