We have in‑house trainers to ensure our therapists reach their full potential and progress with us; you will be an ambassador for this development. We offer state‑of‑the‑art facilities within all of our resorts and hotels, boasting modern and stylish spas.

• Maximise revenues through effective booking and room utilisation in the spa.
• Deliver weekly revenue and payroll actuals vs forecast and budget.
• Ensure the smooth running of the treatment department and provide effective professional management to the team with regards to training, standards and reaching sales targets.
• With guest satisfaction at the forefront, ensure guest schedules are suitable and extra care is taken when planning a guest’s stay.
• Ensure the team are trained to the highest standard and are there to assist guests with any needs throughout their stay.
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all products and treatments within the spa and oversee training matrixes.

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty.
• Spa Management qualification desirable but not essential.
• Good overall standard of education.
