The Fitter/Assembler job itself, where you will be part of the Production team, reporting to the Shift Team Leader. More specifically:

• Carrying out fitting and assembly work as directed by the Team Leader.
• Adhering to working instructions provided by engineers, project managers, and supervisors.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and protocols.
• Participating in quality control processes to maintain the highest standard of products.
• Contributing to continuous improvement projects, offering valuable insights and ideas.
• Working diligently to maintain a high standard of manufacturing output.
• Carry out production duties as directed by Team Leader.

PM Shift: Monday to Wednesday – 13:30 – 23:30, Thursday 13:30 – 23:00 / 37.5 hours a week, £29,640 - £31,200 PA + 15% Shift enhancement = £34,086 - £35,880 PA

AM Shift: Monday to Friday – 06:00 – 14:00 / 37.5 Hours a week, £29,640 - £31,200 PA

To be successful as Fitter/Assembler you will have a healthy mix of the following:

• A minimum of 2 years within a manufacturing industry
• The ability to read engineering drawings e.g. Third Angle Projection drawings.
• A meticulous approach to fitting and assembly work
• Consistently ensuring high standards of precision
• Ability to solve problems, work under pressure & prioritise workload

As Fitter/Assembler, you will enjoy a competitive salary, AM Shift: £29,640K to £31,200K, PM Shift: £34,086 to £35,880 (incl. 15% shift premium) & comprehensive benefits:
