As Deputy Manager
, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring residents receive exceptional, person‑centred care. You’ll provide clinical leadership, mentor staff, and help maintain the highest standards of compliance and safety.

• Support the Home Manager in leading and managing the care team.
• Ensure safe, effective delivery of clinical and personal care.
• Conduct audits, manage care plans, and uphold CQC compliance.
• Supervise and develop nursing and care staff through mentorship and training.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with an active NMC PIN preferred.
• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse in a care home setting.
• Strong clinical leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of CQC standards and person‑centred care principles.
