Job Description

The Automotive Service Advisor is responsible for bridging the communication between customers and the service department. This role involves greeting customers, understanding their service requirements, recommending necessary maintenance and repairs, and providing detailed estimates of work. The advisor schedules service appointments, manages follow-ups, and ensures customer satisfaction through clear and proactive communication. Effective coordination with technicians to accurately convey the service details is crucial.

The advisor must maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
