The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties. This includes, but is not limited to: warmly greeting each and every guest and colleague, answering phones, handling company inquiries, completing guest registration and room assignment, as well as cashier work. Candidate must possess ability to handle a variety of tasks/requests at one time, and the ability to deal with a diverse set of individuals.

Patience and politeness is key.

• Welcome, greet, and make guests feel comfortable and valued for the duration of their visit
• Properly perform check-in/check-out procedures in regards to guest accounts
• Keep accurate account of monies in cash drawer
• Answer phones
• Respond promptly and courteously to any guest request
• Keep professional attitude and demeanor during all guest interactions
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of resort services/functions and community events, including details such as: dates/times/locations

• Must be available weekends, weeknights, and holidays
• Applicants must be 18 years old
• Long periods of standing required
• Computer skills are mandatory
