- ERCP is REQUIRED
- Clinic setting:
Hospital - 18 outpatients/20 inpatient scopes per day
- Endoscopy coverage as well as any consults within the time of 7am 4:30pm
- Support staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs, all services onsite at hospital
- Onsite lab
- Onsite XRay
- EMR:
Cerner
- Board Certified
- REQUIRED - ACLS
- REQUIRED - Active MI license & CSR at time of submission
- REQUIRED no exceptions - Local Candidates - Driving In - REQUIRED
- IMLC - dates of availability/need must be 60+ days out and must be able to provide LOQ for IMLC
- Clean background with no actions (minimum malpractice is OK)
- REQUIRED - All candidates should have prior experience (completed Fellowship with minimum of 2-3 years of experience)
- REQUIRED no exceptions - COVID Vaccine
- REQUIRED - DEA - Verbal Confirmation REQUIRED at Name Clear
- ERCP is REQUIRED
