Full Time Branch Manager – Petoskey & Traverse City Virtual (Limited Services)

Mercantile Bank invites you to lead vibrant teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences across our Petoskey and Traverse City virtual branch locations. As an onsite leader, you’ll foster a collaborative environment that encourages integrity, accountability, and problem‑solving.

Qualifications

& Requirements

• 5‑8 years banking experience with a focus on sales and branch leadership

• Proven lending experience in consumer, commercial, or mortgage sectors

• Ability to travel between branch locations

• Strong verbal and written communication, diplomacy, interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in technology; multitask across multiple computer programs

• Two‑year college degree or equivalent; certifications or specialized training accepted
