• Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using advanced EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Administer medications and injections accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Manage complex procedures such as IV infusions, catheterizations, wound suturing, tube feeding, and ventilator management with precision and confidence.
• Provide specialized care for diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, patients with developmental disabilities, memory care needs, or those requiring hospice and palliative medicine.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary case management efforts for patients with chronic conditions like diabetes requiring dialysis or cardiac catheterization follow-up.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations including laboratory specimen collection/processing and interpreting diagnostic imaging results such as sonography or mammography when applicable.
• Lead triage assessments in urgent care or emergency room settings to prioritize patient needs efficiently and effectively.

• Valid RN license in the state of practice with current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

From $35.84 per hour
