RN - MedSurg

This is a 13-week contract position.

Nights, 12 hours, 36 hours per week

The Registered Nurse will work in a challenging and fast-paced environment, providing patient-centered care focused on safety and positive outcomes. This role includes collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans based on comprehensive patient assessments.
• Demonstrate leadership through the sharing of knowledge and serving as a clinical resource.
• Communicate effectively using SBAR and maintain collegial relationships with team members.
• Exhibit strong time management skills to enhance team performance and support colleagues.
• Participate in clinical pathways and patient education initiatives.

• 2+ years of experience required.
• Current Michigan RN license verification is required.
• BLS certification from AHA is required.
