Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg (Nights) – Petoskey, MI

Meta Sense Inc is seeking a registered nurse for a night shift in an 8‑bed medical‑surgical unit.

Pay Range: $20.02/hr - $20.02/hr actual compensation is based on skills and experience.

Unit Overview: Level 2 North is a 28‑bed Medical Surgical Unit serving patients requiring general and vascular surgery, bariatric surgery, plastic surgery, trauma, and stroke services. The environment is fast‑paced with opportunities for growth and learning.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized written plans of care based on physiological, psychosocial, and spiritual assessments.
• Maintain life‑long learning through certification, advanced practice, higher education, and literature review.
• Demonstrate leadership by sharing knowledge, serving as a clinical resource, and modeling professionalism.
• Communicate effectively through collegial relationships, SBAR, and interdisciplinary communication.
• Manage time efficiently and assist others to contribute to overall team performance.
• Perform other duties consistent with the job purpose as directed by competency‑based objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of RN experience.
• Travel highly preferred.

Certification & License: BLS required;
Michigan state license required and must be active at time of submission.
