As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the PCU/IMC/Stepdown, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of patient care for individuals who are acutely ill and require close monitoring, but whose conditions are not critical enough for the intensive care unit. Your role will involve collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, providing education and support to patients and their families, and ensuring adherence to best practices and facility protocols.
