Base pay range: $53,000.00–$65,000.00 per year (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Applebee's award‑winning benefits package includes:

• Bonus potential up to $25,000 annually

• Half day off every other week (two 5‑day and two 4.5‑day work weeks per 4‑week period)

Manage one full‑service restaurant, overseeing both front‑ and back‑of‑house operations as part of the management team.

• Minimum 2+ years of full‑service or fast‑food restaurant general manager experience
• Proven ability to manage and develop hourly team members
• A passion for service and commitment to delivering great food to guests
