Customer Service Associate – Walgreens
Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $17.50/hr
Responsibilities- Customer Experience
- Engages customers, offers assistance, resolves issues, ensures a positive experience.
- Models best practices and maintains Walgreens service traits.
- Operations
- Provides courteous, efficient service, recommends items, registers sales, processes returns, maintains inventory, cleans, protects assets, and complies with laws.
- Constructs displays, assists with food separation, stock rotation, and maintains records.
- Handles photo area services, pick‑up responsibilities, maintains store condition, and follows company policies.
- Training & Personal Development
- Attends training and completes required PPLs.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred:
Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, and fluent English.
$15 - $17.5 / Hourly
