Salary: $25 - $40 per hour

• $25 - $40/hr

• Installation of complete plumbing systems in residential and light commercial applications
• Demonstrate motivation and flexibility to handle responsibilities on both commercial and residential job sites
• Oversee crews of 2-10 plumbers, providing leadership and guidance
• Maintain a valid plumbing license to ensure regulatory compliance
• Attend weekly job meetings and coordinate with the General Contractor's on-site Supervisor
• Ensure work complies with engineering specifications and local building codes
• Maintain accurate work logs including job sites, time, equipment, materials, and follow-up recommendations
• Work with minimal supervision, applying skills and independent decision-making to deliver quality work
• Train and mentor apprentices

• Possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI
• 3+ years of Lead Plumber experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and fitting into tight spaces
• Skilled at using power and hand tools
• Excellent and effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Must be authorized to work in the US
