HVAC Service Technician at Moore Mechanical

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will help keep our clients’ heating and cooling systems running safely and efficiently while supporting the company’s growth trajectory.
Responsibilities- Install heating and cooling system upgrades in existing buildings.
- Perform service and maintenance on existing heating and cooling systems.
- Ensure systems operate at the highest energy efficiencies possible.
- Keep accurate work logs, including job sites, time, equipment, materials, and follow‑up recommendations.
- Work with minimal supervision, using independent decision‑making to deliver superior quality work.
- Use equipment, materials, tools, and time responsibly and effectively.
- Maintain awareness of safety concerns, adhere to safety practices, and follow safety protocols.
- 3+ years of HVAC experience.
- Willingness and cooperation to complete all assigned work orders.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., climb ladders, and fit into tight spaces.
- Skilled in using power and hand tools.
- Basic mathematical skills needed for construction trades.
- General construction knowledge, including building codes and blueprint reading.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
