We’re looking for a motivated Field Technician to support our customers by installing and repairing broadband services and providing technical support on the job.

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment‑based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

As a Field Technician, you will be on the front lines, installing and repairing services and educating customers on their use. In this entry‑level role, we’ll equip you with the training you need to succeed and the opportunity to progress, increase your earnings, and build a long‑term career.

We work outdoors, using hand tools in a variety of environments. You'll receive support to build your confidence and skills to solve complex technical issues. We offer on‑the‑job training, career self‑progression, a Broadband Apprenticeship Program, and more.

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications. Competent in using hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Valid Driver’s license: with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Physical: Walk over various terrains and weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment. Safely use weight‑bearing equipment (up to 345 lbs), lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 ft, and work in confined spaces and rate and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments. Work outdoors for extended periods in any season and inclement weather.
