To support our continued growth, we have created an excellent opportunity for an individual to join the Implecho team as a Senior Accountant
.

Responsibilities
  • Completing month end close including maintaining various monthly accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and prepare journal entries as required for month‑end closing processes and other adjustments as needed
  • Customer support and billing:
  • Process customer invoices including responding to customer inquiries,
  • Run lost equipment reports, manually adjust invoices accordingly and communicate with sales team and customers as necessary
  • Event & Rental Coordination with proper accounting
  • Track rental purchase orders, deposits, credit card compliance, and oversee post‑event invoice processing
  • Manage rental contract documentation including submission of invoices to customer portals
  • Process accounts payable and travel and expense transactions
  • Responsible for cash applications across multiple divisions
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain/update supporting documentation
  • Assist with the analysis of company financial information including preparation of weekly and monthly dashboards for management along with key performance indicator reporting
  • Responsible for collections process and reporting on specific operating companies
  • Take ownership of reporting processes to ensure that each report is accurate and timely with a high degree of focus to making sure data is appropriate.
  • Build and manage related key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure, control and benchmark reporting processes
  • Assisting in year‑end financial audit and tax preparations
  • Other special projects and responsibilities as assigned by the President and VP Finance
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of related accounting experience
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in accounting preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple accounts and vendor interactions simultaneously
  • Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and communicate effectively with clients, sales reps, and finance teams
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with a focus on financial accuracy and customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem‑solve independently
  • Teamwork – Ability to work as part of a team and with members of other functional/technical teams to identify action items, team member responsibilities, etc
  • Microsoft Excel experience at an intermediate level or advanced level
  • Rental or logistics experience preferred and a plus
