Student - Clerical

We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is currently recruiting for Student - Clerical (Summer Vacation Relief Employee) at our Pewaukee, WI location. These are full-time summer positions beginning in May or June. This position is represented by We Energies L2150 Union.

Candidates must be available to work full-time during the summer. Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Starting Pay: $20.75

• Assistance with data entry of customer applications.
• Processing permits.
• Restoration follow-up.
• Job close outs.
• Faxing timesheets.
• Using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Answering phones.
• Support with miscellaneous office duties (sending out mail, other duties as assigned).

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma, GED, or HSED.
• Enrolled as part-time/full-time student pursuing a Technical, Associate, Bachelor, or Master's Degree.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Previous experience with working on customer applications.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Strong skill‑set utilizing and maneuvering many software programs simultaneously.
• Strong focus on details, accuracy and quality.
