• Leads crews in job and project management in the shop and on worksites.
• Schedules crews and projects daily.
• Communicates with contractors and other Century teammates as necessary.
• Ensures work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Mindful of budgets in the field and in the shop.

• Prior construction management experience.
• Superior understanding of blueprints (read and comprehend).
• Knowledge of scheduling work teams and material.
• Thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.
• Time management skills to work independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills to convey information between clients and field personnel.
• High school diploma or GED.
