As an integral part of our faculty and school governance, you will work collaboratively within the Grades department. We seek a teacher who is joyful and warm, with strong interpersonal communication skills, effective classroom management, and enthusiasm for teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in faculty meetings and school governance.
  • Maintain classroom routines, policies, and uphold the school’s standards of conduct.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Prior teaching experience or experience teaching a grade‑level class.
  • Flexibility, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • A Waldorf certificate or degree is preferred but not necessary; willingness to participate in Waldorf training is essential.

Includes dental insurance, 401K matching, tuition remission, free childcare, and summer camp discounts.
  • Mentorship:
