Adjunct Instructor - Cosmetology

Inside Higher Ed is seeking a qualified instructor for the Community & Personal Enrichment program. Pay will vary by course.

• Provide instruction to students within the assigned instructional delivery system.
• Operate under the direct supervision of the Instructional Manager and Salon and Spa Director.
• Create an active learning environment that enables students to demonstrate course competencies.
• Develop a student‑centered learning environment that places learning at the center of educational experiences.
• Perform duties in accordance with the district’s mission, goals, policies, and procedures.

• Associate degree and WI Cosmetology license required.
• Cosmetology instructors certificate/license preferred.
• At least twelve months of occupational experience (excluding the educational field) for academic subject instructors.
• At least twenty‑four months of directly related occupational experience for occupational subject instructors, with at least one year within the last five years.
• Previous teaching experience is desirable.
• Appropriate technical/occupational licensure where applicable.

Work schedule will include day, night, and Saturdays.
