Work Location: Corporate Headquarters – Pewaukee (Onsite)
Division: Plumbing (Full Time, Exempt)
Position: Project Manager — responsible for estimating, design, and execution of plumbing systems, providing support to field questions and installation problems, and acquiring new accounts and/or projects in line with the Company sales and profit objectives.
Responsibilities- Design and Engineering Support:
Design plumbing systems, understand pertinent project documentation, meet with customers, and visit job sites. - Sales:
Sell design-build plumbing systems and develop new relationships with customers. - Customer Relations:
Maintain the Company’s relationships with current customers. - New Business:
Identify, develop and generate new business activity. Estimate projects/contracts and achieve company expectations regarding turnaround time for quotes/bids/proposals. - Turn Overs and Project Preparation:
Prepare initial project documentation for turning over to ensure the foreman has a complete understanding of the project and contract. - Support:
Support salespeople, project managers, estimators and field foremen on workflow, issues, and concerns. - Development of Staff:
Assist in the selection, orientation and training of new team professionals as directed by the Division Manager.
- Education:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. - Years of Relevant
Work Experience:
3+ years of experience managing or directing work groups in a construction environment. - Certificates/Licenses:
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Master Plumber and/or DE license would be beneficial. - Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, and move throughout facilities; able to work in industrial, construction site, and outdoor environments around heavy machinery.
