Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services. Acts as the Bank’s personal representative with its customers, providing efficient, accurate and friendly service; builds strong relationships between the customer and the Bank. Area Tellers are assigned to a specific branch, but may also report to and support other branch locations within a district. This role reports to the Pewaukee branch and may also support Sussex, Brookfield Capital, and Germantown.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Consistently performs North Shore Bank Quality of Services standards with both external and internal customers, meeting expectations and promoting customer willingness to keep, expand and refer banking relationships.
- Engages customers in meaningful conversations and asks questions to identify cross‑selling opportunities; makes appropriate blend of qualified referrals to branch personnel and branch business partners on a consistent basis to meet goals.
- Uses customer relationship management tool to record referrals and update customer contacts.
- Receives and answers questions from prospects or customers, maintaining good customer service.
