OVERNIGHT / NOC Shifters Needed

Driver's License Required Hourly Pay$18-$20/hr:
Oconomowoc, Hartland, Pewaukee, Sussex, Mukwonago, Dousman
$14-$17/hr:
Brookfield, Menomonee Falls, Greendale, Greenfield, Franklin, Hales Corners, Oak Creek, Bay View, Waukesha
$300 Signing Bonus. Receive $100 after you work 100 hours, and $200 after 500 hours.
EligibilityCNAs, lapsed CNAs, personal care workers, and those with experience caring for a loved one are encouraged to apply. Those without experience are also encouraged – we provide paid training!
Shift AvailabilityAll shifts available – days, evenings, overnights, and 24‑hour shifts. Both short and long shifts. Work available in Waukesha and Southern Milwaukee Counties.
LocationsWaukesha and Southern Milwaukee Counties.
Duties- Companionship and conversation
- Stabilization and assistance with walking
- Meals and cleanup of meal‑related items
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)
- Washing and ironing laundry
- Errands
- Accompanying clients to appointments
- Bathing assistance
- Grooming assistance
- Toileting and incontinence care assistance
- Alzheimer's/Dementia care
- Flexible schedules – days, evenings, weekends, overnights
- Next‑day pay available

- Ability to speak and hear English clearly in person and on the telephone
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach
- Ability to consistently provide physical assistance to a client (stand‑by assistance while walking, assist client with transfers)
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, pre‑employment drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
- Ability to withstand exposure to dust, mold, mildew and cleaning solutions
- Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
